Ban Appeal

So I just started playing PR and sometimes HOG mixed maps server is the most popular, the problem is everytime I try to join it says I'm perma ban/temp ban even tough I just started playing 3 days ago and never went to play in your servers (if my memory isn't failing). I even create an secondary account (Captain101) and the same happens... Can anyone pls clarify whats going on?

No. I don't even understand the AeLQaeda thingy. I never play as APC, Trans squad to steal something from the enemy (If i understand the term correctly), I'm just a simple rifleman in must of the times because I don't have had the time to do some training in the other roles. I don't even drive because I'm afraid I take the wrong course with my squad putting my eyes on me lol.
Bare in mind I played PR about a year ago and I also stick to inf. squads and I was just a noob as I am today.

I might have changed username a few times but I can't remember since it was a year ago. I never got kicked when I was playing so this is really strange.
Is there anyway to get my ban lifted? I most likely did something wrong without noticing it and my ban instantly coincided when I stopeed playing PR (hence why I never ever asked for lifting this ban on the forums) and I'm sorry.
