Was i correctly banned this time?

No, this time it wasn't for ''racism'' or anything that has to be with me annoying an admin of course.

The administrator Jevski, banned me because i couldn't hear him in the chopper, thanks to the sounds of the chopper's sound engine.

I could hear anyone very well, but the admin had a problem in his mic, and i was even annoyed that he was in my chopper in the whole time, trying to say something i couldn't even understand.

But then, i understanded and it was a ''supervision'', then he started to threat me to get out of the chopper, he dismissed me from the trans squadron like more than 5 times in game and then kicked me.

Then i come back to the same team, and i join trans again. ''I literally lowed my sound effects sound down to 0'' the admin started warning me to come back to base. And then, in the following next 3 minutes suddenly, my screen went black pitch, and i fell in the water with the chopper.

Is this ban correctly made?

P.S i mostly never had issue with trans helicopters. The only issue i had it was with the osprey, and it was because i didn't know how to drive it.

But this time, i got banned from somebody that abuses his power. Because i bet that even Haley, the guy that banned me before for racism, he wouldn't have got me banned or dismissed me from the squad more than 5 times. Just because i can't hear him in a chopper that i was using gladly and well.
