Banned

Apparently I got banned early this morning for something that happened a few night ago . Here is the link with the details and the player in question.

My side of the story : PVT_AbuHajaar has been banned before for this same actively in the past, so a repeat offender.
I was working with my squad , when he purposely tk''d my teammate (cant remember who) for his hat kit to kill the BTR
I was directly behind them when this happened, He took the hat kit and ran off, My sq was asking me to get the hat kit back while he was getting reported. I did tk him to get it back , I understand two wrongs don't make a right, but when dealing with this type of player simple negotiating isn't going to cut it, so I tk'd him to preserve the weapon and team play.
I'll take whatever punishment handed down to me.
I believe Soap was the admin on at the time.
