Ban appeal

Hi, yesterday around 6 am I was kicked from the server, then I tried to join again, I played for 5 minutes and then I got kicked again. Today there is the message that says that I have been banned. I'm kinda new on this game, but I think that I have been banned because I killed 4 civilians. My excuse is simply that I heard footsteps behind me twice and turned around killing two civilians. Then I killed another one while it was shot, I thought he had a bomb in his hand. then the last one had binoculars. However I really want to apologize for my mistakes, I will try to learn better to distinguish civilians from armed insurgents. I promise you it will never happen again. Regards
