Ban Appeal

So, we were playing Vadso City a few hours before my ban, and I flew cas and trans choppers as we didn't have a trans squad. We litterly got DOD camped by .50's, a armoured car with .50, and AA kits. We got locked and shot while leaving and entering DOD (and main!!). Me and my co-pilot made several reports but the admins didn't do anything about it, because 'there was nobody there'. I might have killed a jeep right before that moment (I didnt see his explosion but I hit him) who was camping us, or he was soloing on the 2nd seat. Also, other camps were way before that moment, so they might have moved too. Anyway, it was not an intentionally false report. But, even IF it was, then HOG doesn't do anything about it. I made a report 2 months and 5 days ago for intentional false reporting WITH evidence,  Unban appeal - =HOG= Forum (hogclangaming.com) , but I didnt even get a respond and lespyd said today 'I decided to do nothing about it', like WHAT??!?!?! He doesn't get punished for INTENTIONALLY false report, and I get (perm??)banned for MAYBE nonintentional false report, wich still is in my opinion NOT false!!. I got banned because Aquila checked the BR after I said to do so, because I was really sure we got shot in DOD. Please check the DOD size on Vadso for US, it is really fucking big and I am really sure we did get shot and locked in DOD (or at least RIGHT outside DOD by DOD campers). I can't check myself because like my other report, I don't know how that works with BR but you can check yourself. Also, I would like to get an explanation why I got banned for this, and the person I reported for intentional flase report not. I hope I get unbanned because in my opinion I did nothing wrong, and even if I did (not intentional), it is really strange I get punished and the other guy I reported 2 months ago not.

As i've stated:
This particular ban was issued on Vadso round for calling out the admin team and spamming the reports with false intel about cas being shot inside the DoD. It was obvious in-game, tracker only confirmed, that none of your cas helis were shot inside the DoD and beside that tracker had shown that you were also shooting FROM the DoD.
But more important thing is that this is not an isolated case. You've been engaging in same conduct multiple times (on various servers) and have shown no signs that such behaviour will change. Admins have responded to all your reports during the game and issued their statement about it, but you persisted in pushing the issue

With all that being said, i am interested in what you have to say.
Also your ban being permanent is not yet final decision.

First of all, thank you for your fast respond. I am happy I don't have to wait +2 months this time for a respond. I didn't see / know if we got shot down litterly inside DOD or just outside, I also don't know anymore what my exact reports were, but in case I said 'got killed inside DOD' wich was not the case, then my apologies for non intentional false reports. But the fact still is that we got DOD camped, wich I also reported and you (the admins) didn't do anything about it. I am pretty sure we did get shot inside DOD, but maybe not killed. Also, what do you expect from me to do it there is a weaponed car next to our DOD? Wait untill we are right above him to die? You cannot expect us to wait before we are outside DOD before we engage while we are (or might get) being ingaged by enemy fire (.50 and we are in an open kiowa). Next to that, even if I did intentional false report them because I am an asshole and I want to get them warned / kicked / banned for bullshit, why would I get a ban and the person I reported 2 months ago for intentional Report not? You didn't answer that question. If I feel like your decision is false, and I can try to convince you I am true (like in my opinion I was, see screenshots) and you can do something about it in a few seconds, I try to convince you in stead of just doing nothing, and waiting untill I die because of DOD campers. This is HOG, so I don't see why you would get other servers to this issue, if I would do that your respond would be 'This is HOG so Hog only'. Also, may I ask why you didn't kick / ban me at that point if I was actually doing something that is prohibited?

1. You reported and admins responded to your report. The fact that you didn't like the answer is not our problem.
2. DoD rules are already set long before you (and possibly i) started to play and they will be respected as such. There are no rules against killing players/assets outside the DoD (e.g. placing mines just outside DoD is not considered against the rules, so why should AAs be treated differently), personally i don't like these rules either, but as long as these rules remain, we must abide them.
3. I don't know what happened 2 months ago, neither was i the part of an admin team, so i will not engage in that topic.
4. If you feel that the admin decision was unjust, that is why forum appeals exist.
5. You weren't banned at that point because i checked the tracker after round ended.

1 + 4. It's not 'i didn't like the answer'. It's the point that maybe you change your mind if it happens more. I also believe I made more reports over the game and not all in 1 minute.
2. Section 4 of your own rules: "Stay away from enemy main/DOD". They were not away from our DOD, see the screenshots. I cannot see if I got shot (NOT KILLED, but SHOT) inside DOD, INSIDE DOD, but anyway, neither the enemy nor I can see the actual line of DOD in the game at the point of engagement.
3. I would like to get an explanation from Lespyd, he was the one who 'responded' to my report 2 months ago, and was online at the same point today
4. You are talking about 2 different things. 1. Report spam / chat spam and 2. False report. Irregardless if my reports were true or false, you could have punished me at that point for the spam, but you didn't. You don't need to check the tracker after the round if I spammed or not.
