Project Reality server ban for teamkill

Hello, I was banned on server because I throw a grenade in my main, it was teamkill party on the main, other guys also throwed nades. 
It was retarded Idea and Im so sorry about that, Can you unban me ? Im huge fan of Project reality from a year 2014 and I really miss playing this game .

It was end of match , 50 tickets left or something like that i dont remember, I was a litle bit angry because Poland is my favorite nation in this game and this match sucks a litle, at the end everyone spawn on main and starts doing shit, shooting to yourself , puting smokes (I also throwed smokes) randomly ect. I have stupid idea to makes them suprise trough this smoke with frag grenades.
It was very stupid idea and after ban I fully understood this.
I will respect rules and other guys in game because after ban I realized thats is not funny to doing shit in this game, so i want to apology for my retarded behavior.
(My english is not very well so i'm sorry for any mistakes)

Guys, I really want to play with my friends, can you lift my ban ?
