Admin abuse, TBd for kicking an admin out of squad

Basically, we started a round on Black Gold today. Someone made a CAS squad so I joined, along with a bunch of other people, including some of my friends (solid, bulls, casualty) and Jollyroop. The original owner of squad left the squad and I got the squad lead.
Since we already knew who would be flying that round, I wanted to reduce the number of people in the squad to what I needed at the moment. So I kicked Jollyroop out of the squad as I did not need him and JOKINGLY said I kicked him "cuz, duuuh, he's HOG". (it came really convenient).

Next thing I get resigned followed by tempban WITHOUT any warning, without breaking any rules. My squad - I get to choose who's in it.

I didn't want to pursue this any further but Jollyroops attitude on TS made me think otherwise. Instead of apologizing when we talked on teamspeak he insisted that the tempban was not an abuse of his powers, even though I did not break a single rule.

I would like the higher authorities of this community to shed some light on this and give out appropriate sanctions if Jollyroop did actually abuse power given to him.

First, you're playing on HOG. Reading the rules is your warning. Second, I am sure Jolly has a good reason for temp banning you. We just don't do that for no reason. Are you leaving anything out of this?

Even though I'm sick of your "reading the rules is your warning" policy, I try my best to keep up with it and to this point worst admin punishment against me was the kill command (maybe kick for allchat?)

This today was my first tempban in my PR career and I didn't even break any rules. I read your rules and understood them so I know for a fact I did not break any. Check the logs if you don't believe me.

Are you implying he indeed abused his powers and you condone it?

It doesn't matter. I can kick whoever I want from my squad for whatever the reason I can imagine. End result is same, someone gets kicked from the squad.
I, as squad leader, have the right to kick anyone, don't I?
