Banned for accidental team kill

I was banned not long ago for an accidental team kill (maybe two or three) when I was trying to blow up a FOB. I followed up my plant with a warning to back away from the explosives and people did. Unfortunately people did die from the explosion and it was my fault but I didn't mean for them to die. Obviously I was banned and this is why I am appealing it.

You kinda forgot to include in your story, that is was the teams fob you blow up, not the enemy's

I was underneath an enemy FOB.

Can someone please resolve this for me; all I want to do is play on a server with decent ping and this one seems to be the best usually for me.

We were underground and an enemy FOB was sticking through the ground so I thought I would try and blow it up. I was no aware that I even blew up the friendly FOB. So hopefully you understand this was a stupid mistake.
