Please check the track again.

The CAS Pilot was acting like a fool on base, turning on the ground and destroying the other helicopters on the ground.  In one of those turns he injured me. You may note also, that prior to that I MADE SEVERAL REPORTS of the pilots actions on the main.
If you check the track, you will see that I then retreat to the river bank and an admin asks me what I was doing there, to which I replied that there were no means at that time to leave the main: NO TRANS, NO BOATS.

El Piloto del CAS estaba actuando como tonto en base, girando en tierra y destruyendo los otros helicópteros en tierra.  En uno de esos giros me hirió. Pueden notar también, que antes de eso HICE VARIOS REPORTES del actuar de los pilotos en la main.

Si verifican el track, veras que luego me retiro hacia la orilla del río y un admin me pregunta que hacia allí, a lo que respondí que no habian medios en ese momento para salir de main: NO TRANS, NO BOATS.

Si a mi me banean entonces a los otros hasta desinstalarle el PR deben de hacer.

No. I saw both the tracker and Battle Recorder and that's why you're banned. The CAS chopper was not doing anything wrong. Alexei's inexperienced flying caused him to crash his trans chopper into the other two choppers in main destroying all three trans choppers. CAS was actually shooting his guns at the burning wreckage to remove them from the helipad, which he did. Out of nowhere you then start shooting at the CAS as it is taking off. He turns around and you continue to shoot your AR at the pilots almost killing them in the air, so he returned fire and killed you. When CAS landed, both pilots got out and they had almost no health left because of you. You reported that CAS was destroying choppers in main and that was not true.

So for nearly teamkilling both pilots and almost causing your team to lose CAS, and for false reporting you can take a two week vacation from HOG.. Reply in two weeks and you can get your ban lifted.

For proof you have that before the fact I made several reports.
And it's not that they didn't know, they were flying in circles, acting like fools.

The CAS which was the one I shot at, was circling on the ground shooting around, damaging the helicopters on the ground.

If you check the track, you will notice that I shot him when he was about H4.5 (that's coming out), he spins around and turns back, that's when I hit him but managed to land.

I understand, that in the end, what you see is "TK for" but you have to look at the conditions. At that time the round was at a D/k ratio of about 20/2 .

I always play, and although, I have had my mistakes, they are not mistakes that others who play frequently have not made.

Anyway, I look forward to your resolution.
False report you say ?
It's ok.  I was the one at the Main and I saw everything, not by the track but directly.

Do you know what Battle Recorder is? I can replay the game and see everything that happened as if I was there playing. I saw exactly what happened. Alexei is the one who destroyed the trans choppers. There's no excuse for you almost teamkilling CAS in the air. Two week ban. That's not going to change.

Looking at the track I did indeed report a Pilot by mistake, well, they were both close.
Also looking at the track, I see that SBOON UNICODE did not shoot him down, nor kill him.
In fact it is he who makes me TK.
But it doesn't matter.

As he mentioned before, take the 2 weeks vacation. And he mentioned the Battle-recorder that's a in-game replay, where they can see EXACTLY what and how you do or did something.

While the tracker give you a 2D Map doesn't tell you the entire story.
