Hello, my Project Reality InGame name when i was Banned was TanTong_33 and ID = [c942c317b65f4c0e8d48c6ca1f677472], It was my 3rd game in a row and the new map was Sbeneh Outskirt, i was on MEC and as always i check the vehicles availability, i saw the Zhilka and from my understanding for playing PR for quite some times, AA assets were unclaimable and you are allowed to played it alone. Just to be safe i joined the APC squad, but right before the game start the SL kicked me and the other just so he could play with his friend in the BMP then locked the squad as 2 man, Both tank and the APC squad were locked, so in a hurry i created a squad titled 'Zhilka' so i could take a Crewman kit, ( i happen to arrive first way ahead of everybody at the Zhilka. ) There was another guy entering the vehicle with me as a gunner so i tell him to join my zhilka squad, but for some reason he went salty and said thanks for nothing and he asked me to stop to let him leave, so i do let him leave. Then i drove out of the main base and in a less than 10 second KURT_UA the squad lead titled "AAV" said  i was asset stealing [?] and the Zhilka vehicles were already been claimed by Squad 4 (His AAV Squad). I was a little bit confused, and get a bit salty myself but other Squad leader made things clear that the Zhilka was an unclaimable vehicle, and then another Squad Lead said it belongs to the Tank Squad, i take a look at both Tank and APC squad are locked so i continue driving. At this moment i am on a lone Squad and driving a Zhilka, and KURT_UA trying to press the matter further complaining that i shouldn't be in a lone squad driving Zhilka alone, I understand that in a squad alone and driving an asset alone was just weird, But the server at that time happen to be not that crowded so i ended up in a lone squad without anyone else entering, so i leave my squad and enter any open squad there is because from my experience a guy driving an AA asset in a random squad wasn't that weird. (I had to do this because APC/TANK squad were locked). So i thought to myself that matter were settled? so i continue drove the Zhilka when suddenly my character were intentionally Suicided by an Admin and i was accused of Asset Stealing? I wanted some clarification so i leave my current squad and quickly create a new one so i can obtain some clarification on what's going on, then i asked other squad leaders what's up and that same KURT_UA guy said the tank squad had granted the Squad 4 (AAV Squad he's leading) the rights to Used the Zhilka asset and reported me for Asset Stealing?. And of course i got salty at that point, and then i respawned in a fob way behind the frontline just to take a nearby Transport Truck who is empty/unused/vacant, and stranded. I sat on the truck for like 20 second thinking how should i play this match?(At the moment all squads are either full or locked except my squad and 1 other open Squad left with 2 members) and then i heard a big kaboom and check the squad list what's up and realise the same guy KURT_UA and his squad just wasted the Zhilka and the asset were destroyed, as i was still salty about the matter so i open up the voice chat for squad leaders and tell him " Huh, So all that troubles only for that? " with a sense of Gratification. And in less than 15 second when i was driving the Transport Truck towards the Inner City i was Banned, Reasons = Stealing Asset for the 10th Time ? ? ?. I am very much dumbfounded and flabbergasted, Was i banned for Stealing a Transport Truck ? ? ? And i DID NOT stealing asset for the 10th time, If that bias of me stealing Zhilka Asset was correct, then I Am only stealing it Once. After that i tried to continue playing the game by moving with a Transport then Got Banned, but i got Perma Banned for that? if this wasn't an excessive behavior by an Admin because of his Favouritism with KURT_UA i don't know anymore what it is. Please unbanned and explain what's going on.

AA is not claimable, but I banned you because you have been admined MULTIPLE times before.

I understand that i have been admined multiple times before, but those reports are the kind of case that could've been easily reviewed. Whenever i was kicked for AFK, it mostly because i leave the computer to eat some food. i don't quite remember why do i got reported so much on the basis of no lonewolf squad but I am the type of player who loves to build mortars and ATGM to relax, I mostly lock my squad because i understand my squad doesn't need that many people to operate ATGM/mortar and it would do the team better if the players resources wasn't wasted on my Squad.

These 3 reports is False. It was on Muttrah City, I applied and assigned myself as a commander so i could build FOBs everywhere and i did not play as a sniper kit, always an officer/rifleman. I have Mic and always talk when necessary, but perharps on that match i was too self-absorbed on building FOBs. and folks wanted me to play on the UAV, so i recognized my mistake and i did played UAV for the rest of the match.

On the older reports whenever i was shooting/throwing smokes at base and acting the fool, I did it when in the match there wasn't a single FOB outside of the main base or when the game was about to end. Firstly, i apologize for the inconvenience i created for others during the boredom. Second, i never killed teammates whenever i do that.

These days, playing Mortars, ATGMS, and APCs are the kind of things i am into and i am doing it quite well with and for the teams, and the kind of reports i received lately doesn't really justified the Permaban sentence i received don't you think? It's not like I am the one who destroyed the Zhilka on Sbeneh Outskirt driven by KURT_UA nor its like i ever INTENTIONALLY destroyed friendly big assets, Never.

And the sole reasons i am banned is because i have been "Stealing Assets for the 10th Time" of which the whole premise of that Asset Stealing are false if AA vehicles aren't Claimable in the first place, So what's the problem here? was i been banned because of 'Stealing AA assets' of which were unclaimable and i got to it first before anyone else or was it because of me "Stealing" a stranded transport truck ? ? ? Please Explain.
