ban appeal (3hr ban)

10 minutes ago, playing burning sands.
We have lost 2 tanks against british cas, we have reported the all of our losts and their cas to all squad leader channel, and where their cas heading to, right after that I have benn kicked from server by shabz
Reason was like: shit talking, but since I have asked multiple times shabz explain it, he doesnt help me or other players who has been kicked or banned as well.
I have joined back to server, being pissed of because I know I broke no rules on server as:
"Who the fu ck kiced me for reason?" something like this.
And right after this shabz banned me for 3 hours as: me, join back later or something like this, I did not make screenshots.

By the way probably wont be unbanned in 3 hours so I just leave this threat here, and I am going to open an another one, because what shabz does is straight power abusing, but maybe some1 else see this and removes the ban eariler.

Im joining this topic as I was banned for 3h right before was banned David for same reason.
I was playing APC (bpm2) burning sands and after the enemy cas killed 2x tanks and 1x bmp2 I texted in chat "!r good reasons" for replying after receiving no answer for couple texts "!r reasons for kick?". I was kicked for texting and giving info "Their cas killed 2x tanks and 1bmp 2 while our case......" I did not rage or said any bad word before shabz kicked me. After the kick I came back obviously also pissed as David and said in team chat "Who the fu ck kiced me for reason?"
Also I want to mention that I got 0 warnings and 0 explanations for kick and for ban I will attach a screenshot.
As well as in discord pr general chat shabz was aggressive when we complained about his power abuse.

yeah I totally forgot about that, no warning or anything, just straight going in, and since zero rules were broken it was suprising
When I have joined back to server I saw that he was still kicking people for bullshit reasons so who knows how many people have been removed from server

I was CAS. You were tank squad. You died to CAS. This is somehow my fault. I was on the way to engage CAS when you screamed "HE'S HOVERING, SHOOT HIM". Amazingly, he was not hovering as you said that, he was RTB. Then you said "GG".

You have a history of holding everyone to your own standard as to how assets should be played. This is evident in your toxic response on discord for being admined. It's not defined as waste if someone chooses to play assets a different way than you see fit.

A chat spamming, I can imagine what was that, like I used all chat ones for something.
1 false report. Probably I was wrong, or who knows. Being toxic. R-word. Yeah I use a lot of times R-word when they do stupid things and freekitting in squad, and I kick them. Thats how the game supposed to be palyed Mr shabz. Military simulation game, not Adventure of Hallo Kitty.

I have to respond for this as well. It was not your fault you died. We had no aa cover at city, u cant do nothing in this stiuation with havoc. He was hovering, yes, check tracker then, its uploaded, and after that he rtb-d. I saw that u were far, if hes rtb-ing, and u you know where they are going thats your chance to kill cas, nothing toxic was there. ANd i did not say GG, I almost never use it, only at the end of the rounds so.
Yes I says a lot of times a lot of things what u can call toxic sometimes, but in this spesific situtaion not even a single word has left me like that, so you are just wrong again.
I have asked for proof about this round, since it happened now, and all I can see some reports and kicks from a couple of months ago?
Well now every1 see why you are the problem here.
