Hey guys so early in the morning for me around 4 AM mountain time I was playing on your server. I had ran several successful and fun helicopter transport squads during the prior rounds as well as during this game.

Anyways getting to the point I had bit to drink and was messing around with the PR Wars guys in my Mi-8 at the very end of the round. We were all trying to get to olive grove when we came across a Warrior IFV. Our team had less than 20 tickets left and the warrior began shooting at us as we flew over. Jokingly I started yelling the typical allahuackbar crap and all of us laughing crashed into the warrior. Ramming is generally a bannable offense and a detriment to gameplay. I too dislike assholes who ruin the gaming experience on PR. However considering the tickets and that everyone in my helicopter was having a blast laughing this was not done as a troll or in some sort of malicious attempt to ruin gameplay. We were getting shot down anyways. I have no clue if I was auto banned for team killing since some of them jumped out right at impact

You can review the footage via battle recorder if you’d like. I’d personally enjoy continuing to play on your server as you are one of the few active servers remaining after playing this game for 8+ years. Ramming is an offense but again with less than 20 tickets left people do stupid shit. If unbanned I’ll avoid doing again it in the future.

So if you have 8+ years experience then you should know that there are really close games with LESS than 20 tickets difference and that tk'ing at the very end of the round can decide games? And did you ever think about the fact that you might have ruined the gameplay for the WARRIOR, not for your team mates? What about doing this at the beginning of the round? Should the admins handle this another way? Should we just look away?

This is exactly the attitude that is not wanted. Ban stays for 2 weeks.

I know I can't post here but the warrior wasn't even shooting at you. You were completely 100% operational, so you just lied on your ban appeal. You rammed with intention to kill the warrior. Im also pretty sure PRwars guys wouldn't be laughing at breaking of server rules when some of their members are admins.

Yikes, two weeks seems a bit harsh for a first offense... Then again, it's not my server. If the enemy team ended up winning by a few tickets I could understand a longer ban, but considering the coherence and sincerity of his appeal, I don't really understand all of the obstinate antagonism he is receiving.
