The first thing I asked Barnabe when he was SL of apc sqd, was do you speak english, and I got an "yeah". I asked him again, trying saying if he could say more than one word, like a sentence, since ive seen this behavior before and again i got an "yeah" And then after trying to tell you all that you need to speak and understand english to Sl and to use an asset, he left during this.

As far as i can tell there was only 2 ppl in the sqd who was able to speak english. I explained to you all to read the rules, because yes, I generalize. Just like when I encounter Chinese players I have experience and statistics to guide me.
