I took this as an invitation to starts bants and thats all it was. He couldnt take it so he banned me.

Look at the bigger picture. He started this and went as far as to get non witnesses to report me to. Dont you think he's going to try and exaggerate this in his favour since hes taken such extreme (and quite frankly petty) lengths to get his personal satisfaction, just like he did at the time of reporting? Who goes so far out of their way to create a report to get someone banned,,

The text I pasted before saying how absurd it was to find things like that racist was the only thing I said on voice chat. Why did I type that out and not speak it? Because I was trying to avoid spamming mumble. I never spam mumble. Those words I said were while we were in a helicopter flying to an aggressive position, as soon as we landed I shut up, squad leader was giving us orders.

I didnt actually consider ddosing, I thought it would be a funny joke to make because PRTA had been ddos'd the previous round by some loser.

So this is also a lie. No one cursed him or told him to shut up without reason, we were having chatter in the squad chat and this guy heard our Asian accent is funny so he decided to tell some so called "jokes". In fact we did tell this guy to shut up but it was after he threw out those racist chat to us.

I still don't understand your definition of "jokes". It feels just like you meet some Africans in the street and you say "fuck off you ebola" and you tell them this is just a joke. Also I don't like others attack me by involving my family in some racist "jokes".

Also a lie because at that moment the squad chat was really noisy due to the chatter between us (SOD clanmates) and the squad leader (which is also our friend). So the spamming mumble thingy won't exist because it was noisy enough already lol, not to mention we are on the chopper.

Lie as well. On a match in Sarreema this guy was one of the squad leader on either US or RU side before and we were on the same team. When the team was losing, he spammed so many pointless scream in the squad leader channel and causing our squad leader (the same one I mentioned above, we play together like all the time) have to quit the squad leader position because he can not take it anymore.

^ this is a joke, I like telling jokes and that was a joke about ddosing after PRTA got ddos'd the previous round. It was an opportunity to crack a 'le nazi hog admins' joke. Thats all it was lol. I've never ddos'd in my life.
