Ban appeal for Fluffy. for "team killing"

Hi.

I was just banned for supposed "deliberate" teamkilling. The admin that at the time, was abusive. He bans/kicks people without warning, he kicked my Squad lead for locking APC squad... No warning... . Anyways:

The supposed of teamkilling was apparent for me. I did kill 4 friendlies by ACCIDENT. The first teamilling was about my driver shouting "Theres a guy to our left!" i, trusting the driver swung the turret and shot him, friendly, and this happened for the other 2 tks, But the 4th was a friendly firing a LAT at me, by nature and sprayed that area with HE, turned out to be friendly. Ive must messed up someones day over a TK cause literally 15mins later i was in the water with my AAVP and doing nothing, boom, banned no warning no nothing, Even tho i had 1000+ points and ~20-50 kills

Dusan kicked for locking the apc at 4. I have on countless times told him and his clan to follow the rules, they keep locking, enters fortress as US and many others, so many months ago i told them that break a rule, and ill kick.

Dusan is as clueless about the rules as are you. You took the AAV without a gunner. There isnt any pr server that allows an asset to be solo'ed yet you did. Care to explain why you think you dont have to follow them?

WARN THE PLAYER! Didnt you go through the rules when you applied for admin? Also i was going to my teammate cause he spawned somewhere else

You did this twice, for me and My friend, people like you just make the server worse. We communicated, "ill pick you up" DIDNT WARN ME, NOPE! Just banned "shhot first ask question later" ~ every HOG admin

Why should I warn, you have common sense, you know its not allowed to solo you did it anyway, and yes I did go through the rules, I actually read them when I was just a player, like you should have.

Cause it was apart of your adminship asshole, Warn, If continue, Ban, Its simple, tell a 5 year old that and he will do it. Warn, Ban, Its simple.

And what can we do about mis-click spawns? We communicated, we told each other i was driving to him, banned.

And what the rules, I never saw "Banned instantly if error was made" without warning and without killing the player, Kill me instead, sort it out from there, not ban me.

Or how about this. Start game, read the rules of the server your joining, follow them.
And what you can do? If I have to explain that, then perhaps PR isnt the game for you...choppers, boat...

And your wrong, we dont have to warn. Head over to the penal colony, its fits your playing style more.
