All PR servers are under attack by Russians. The attackers grief the servers and ddos the servers. They use vpns to mask their attacks. U use a Russian VPN that is flagged as a high risk, meaning it has been reported many times for for illicit behavior. All vpns especially those from Russia are blocked unless we whitelist them. Since the VPN u use is flagged as dangerous we cannot allow you to play on HOG

Not sure what u mean by arrogant. What I am saying is that you have very little playing history, u use a VPN that is high risk. We cannot tell if it is safe for us to allow a player who uses high risk vpns. I am not accusing you of hacking or griefing. I am saying why would we take the risk of allowing players who use vpns that are known to be dangerous.
