I don't know why I'm banned

Sometimes I want to be Marc. Sometimes I want to be Marco. Sometimes I want to be Marcus. What's the big deal? I am BigMarcus now and I should not be banned. I've had to reinstall the game twice IIRC due to corrupt files. I have been legitimately banned twice and I have successfully appealed twice. I like to change my name sometimes. I don't have to pay for this luxury in Project Reality, so I take advantage. The game isn't stopping me from creating new names. As far as I know, it's not against any rules. Am I unbanned yet? I should never have been banned.

Am I still banned? I hope you understand why I would be frustrated. I didn't break any rules. I reinstalled the game and changed my name. Those things aren't against the rules. I checked. I found the two threads where my bans were lifted and I linked them in this thread. I could understand if I broke the rules, but I was wrongfully banned and I proved it. I play on the HOG server all the time. People are even starting to recognize me (as BigMarcus). I am very upset because I know that I've done nothing wrong. Please unban me. You banned an innocent player.
