Ban appeal - Intentional TK

I had a kit from start of the game, died with hat kit, haggistani was hunting me since prob start of the game to take the kit, got it while I was ded, I was mad, tk'd him to take it back, didn't report him cuz I was too mad to take a normal decision, got banned, i'm sorry I won't tk again for a kit.

Substantiate this claim with evidence please. I was playing with my squad the entire game. You died after missing the BTR, I took the kit, re-armed it and when going back to kill the BTR you teamkilled me for the kit.

Your behaviour is repugnant in game all the time, You are on the forums more than the actual server because of this and I must say the server is much nicer without you. Hopefully the head admins will do everyone a favour and ban you forever.

i was the admin that banned u for that u tk for a kit and u where Ban evading acording to one of our admins, and by the way haggistani was on my squad he was using a LAT kit he hit the btr and got it tracked moments later u miss with your hat and haggi took it from the ground to finish off the BTR he didn't hunt for you to died he didn't steal it or anything like that he was following orders to kill the BTR then u come back and I saw u teamkill him for the HAT you didn't say anything or ask nicely for that so i assume you where asshating and teamkilling to get a kit that's all I have to say

already talked to lespyd about ban evading, never happened.

Ban Evading according to one of our admins - bullshit argument that has no relevance on the subject
hit btr with a LAT kit and got it tracked - all btrs were in water, as the tracker shows
took it from ground to finish off the BTR - I already missed with it, why would he come to take it instead wasting time moving a few hundred meters when he could of just used his lat that would of been reloaded by that time
didn't say anything or ask nicely - I did i told him to give me back my kit, but he just ignored me
asshating - ???
teamkilling to get back my kit* (which I already acknowledged and i'm sorry for it, it was a mistake won't repeat)

Other than these, solid arguments.
