Banned for a very weak reason

What were you doing there in the first place? If you've played on this server long, you would know that kind of action is heavily frowned upon.

It just seems the admins knew they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't break any rules so they've been looking for something to ban me for all night, and apparently complaining about their lack of communication with me is enough to warrant the ban.

Here's the thing about that. This isn't a court of law. This isn't a place where you can dance on the line between what is allowed and what isn't because there is a written set of words that you can try and manipulate to fit whatever you are trying to pull off. If you wan't to get technical about it, "Don't be an asshat." is one of the rules. Sitting outside of a main dome of death falls under this rule.

So why was no action taken against me by the 2 active admins playing? I would've kindly stopped doing it and moved away. They clearly did not have a problem with it, so you're now using this situation to ban me.

You're correct, this isn't a court of law, it's a fucking game. Why is everyone getting so heated about a game on the internet which is played for fun, which is where this report has derived from? I intended to play this game with my friend for fun, I caused no problems to any other players with in the game yet I was targeted by your admins. Then when I try to approach an admin on teamspeak no one will talk to me about it, seems to me like you're basically looking for a reason to keep me off the server. I barely play the game, check your server logs, pretty sure yesterday was the first time I've played this month, so what's your problem with me? I don't have any thing against anyone, just want to play the game with my friends..

You guys were engaging inf @ B9k4, well; you guys were killing logis and transports @ B9k4, well -- I would assume you know that B9k4 is the ONLY way for vehicle to getting out of chinese main without flipping. I was on UAV and I saw you and forenzic going on and off road and killing inf and vehicles. Who told you that base camping is as simple as 'killing enemy in their main'?

From my point of view on the Muttrah round, I was autoswitched right at the start. I reported 10+ times asking to be switched back to the US side to play with my friend, every single report I used please, I was being polite. BigMoist was waiting with an APC on the US side for me, when suddenly he was also switched to MEC. We asked why, was told balance issues, initially we questioned until we just couldn't be bothered and carried on playing. Then I was banned for saying "so if we get 70 kills every round do we get switched" which was poking fun at the balance issues.

I have never had a problem with your server, if you check my forum account I have actually actively reported players here, and actively report players in game to try and be an extra pair of eyes for admins, so it just seems a shame I've been banned for such a weak reason..
