Ban Appeal

Hi. This is TNTNiTii and i got banned like 20min ago for "shooting CAS heli over main" in Pavlosk Bay.
I was Cobra CAS heli pilot and we were shooting thas cas heli far away from main but i couldnt kill it so i chased it and i shot it over main. And I have seen scenario likes this many times ,CAS chasing other team CAS and shooting it over main but no action was taken by admins.

When I joined your squad to ask who flew the cobra, you told me that you weren't going to get banned and that you did it intentionally because no one cares about the rules.

Well as I said we were shooting you when u were far from main and when i was shooting you i missed my rockets so we chased you and you were over main when we shot you down.

You might want to rewatch the video. At no point were we being engaged outside of our DOD. Please open up the mapgallery link I provided you.

Well this is a lie I never said that I did it intentionally or that I dont care about the rules. I know that you are mad for losing CAS heli but u dont have to lie just because of losing CAS heli.

Dude you were going to shot my team with CAS and you were out of DOD when we started shooting you.
