Hacker report - Ghostgunz was created by MAD_MAN
Nickname: Ghostgunz
As seen on your server on October 12th. Map was Saaremaa.
I believe this short clip is enough to show that this person uses wallhacks and/or some kind of treetop removal. These are only four kills out of thirteen, video could have been longer and more comprehensive if I managed to get the demo analyzer to work.
Worth noting that his gunner was AFK the whole time during the video, making these shots from such distances without the aid of thermals and zoom is pretty hard but not impossible, the thing here is that there are trees in the way and he's landing perfect hydras anyway, as if there was nothing in between.
