DanielGrushin Ban Appeal was created by DanielGrushin
Hello!
I was perma-banned on 07.18.2020 while flying f16 for supposedly shooting down hind in DoD. I would like to appeal because last flag was in play and hind was continuously engaging our troops from DoD and quickly flying back to main. I heard that hind was engaging our squads on the last flag over squad radio and dive on him and shot him down. After that hind pilot reported me for shooting him in DoD (he wasn't in the DoD, please check br) and I've got perma-banned.
Please rethink a rule about DoD. If you actively engaging from your DoD you are allowed to be shot down/killed by the enemy. Especially on the maps like op_thunder where last flags are so close to your main that you can abuse NO SHOOTING IN DOD rule and hydra spam the object from it and pulling "you killed me in main" card if you was shot down.

I was in Daniel's squad when this happened. Our teammates were constantly reporting the enemy hinds for "shooting out of DoD", but nothing was done, not even a warn. Their last flag was literally 2 grids from their main so they kept doing it. And it's not like they did this once, they did it 7 or 8 times before Daniel killed them. This was pure rule exploitation by the Russian cas squad, plain and simple. Unjust ban.

I'll explain this once. Even though you already know. Players may not fire into DOD. Period. A player that is being
engaged inside their own DOD may fire defensively out of it. CAS must not chase enemy aircraft into enemy DOD.
If players are firing offensively out of DOD, and admins are not dealing with the situation to your satisfaction. You
can make a report here on the forums. Do not take the rules into your own hands.
Head admins please lift the ban.

4.1 Do not attack enemy bases unless there is a capable flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits.
4.2 Do not attack or chase and attack enemy aircraft that are over their own main base.

Shrap, my previous bans are completely irrelevant to the current situation. I don't even know why did you bring them up here.
You didn't even put the grid in the logs (spoiler alert: cause I didn't shot them down over the DoD) and just go with the admins "can confirm".
I can't even defense myself properly, cause your br is constantly down though you are obliged to post every single recording by the PR server license.
Please try to apply some common sense for this situation: hinds are constantly dump their ammo load over DoD and run away to main in the first sign of danger. I can understand if it happened once or twice, but it was more than 4 times as daxt said. What should I do as F16 pilot? Just let them kill whole team on the flag from DoD? Or have more hog admins in my squad to be able to shoot it down?
Jesus christ, I even remember when one particular hog admin lazed enemy t72 in DoD and said that he was engaging from DoD so I am free to kill it.
I also see some reports from you that indicate you do understand the rules enough to report others for the same thing...

All I'm asking is to apply common sense for those kind of rules. If enemy hind abusing DoD and firing from it and admins do nothing after countless reports (probably because admins are inside of these said hinds) we can shoot them down.
