Popped off on new WW2 map and then my screen froze. Then it said I was kicked from the server. When I tried to rejoin, it said I was banned?

I just sat through and watched the replay, and I could see how you would think that. I got lucky at that third flag and pulled a good flank, after which I held a building. Am I to be punished for that? I'm unsure of how to use the tracker file though or what it even does. Regardless, is there an appeals process for this if I wish to dispute the claim? I can even stream my game play if you'd like live.
