banned for fals TK

ok so here what happen i joined this squad there was a guy with hat kit was trying to kill the apc i was following him then he got killed by friendly and i was close to him so i said where is the hat kit to kill the apc he said your not tacking it you will miss i said ok and i was looking for his body i found it and take the kit then he got revived and start shooting me and then he followed me more then 300 meters and tk and take tha hat again then he report and his squad leader me for tk . i reported him to admin too . but he give him only warnin then i respawned run into him again and start shooting in his direction but not to hit him just to see what his recation then he tk me . yet again i reported admin did not do anything map changed i reported to admin what about that guy who tk me he got banned but his squad leader report for admin that ihe banned the rong guy and i was the guy who tk me admin banned me then .
