ban appeal

you olay this game since 9 years, but havent thought about reading the rules of the server you are on.
Everything is simple explained in the rules, AND from jevski like 3 times here now.
So hard to understand?

1. LEAD the squad and get cohesion
or if you dont want to
2. DISBAND the squad, RIGHT AWAY after getting the SL,by kicking all out of the squad incl YOU.

If you are willing to lead a squad and you have NON mics or SM not following, report them. BUT thats a different story.

The rest is a simple rulebreak, no matter what the action of the admin was. Deal with it, and read the rules once more.

Jevski cant explain it more simple, like he did. Either you get it, or you dont.

And who are you? have you not read the rules of the forum? please take yourself somewhere else mate.

Its clear from your replies that dont want to understand nor want to follow our rules. So how about you find another server to play on. I will make this 3 hour temp ban permanent instead.
Good luck playing somewhere else, since all pr servers have the same rules about free kit sqds.


Btw, another player made the same mistake as you on the same map. Here is how that was taken care of. You could learn something from that.

So instead of apologizing and admitting you made a mistake you will continue to try back up your false accusations and make my temp ban (which i knew I knew was the case) a permanent one. Just because you don't want to be wrong and want me to grovel at your feet like the other bloke. I think the other admin need to take a good long look at your attitude and decide weather you should be an admin or not, as I know a lot of them are very good at taking control of a server and trying to help the community as much as they can.

Basically what you have done is ignore all the points I have made because you know you are wrong but won't admit it.

You should probably ban every single player that leaves a squad from the squad lead position and ban every player that gets promoted to the squad lead not by their choice and make sure you accuse them of creating the squad from the start like you did to me. As that creates a waste of time for every one in the game and makes your job harder because its so hard to admin a server.

Or maybe just maybe you could actually do what an admin is supposed to do and just join that squad and talk to someone over voice chat ask whats happening. Instead of spamming a warning that doesn't make sense 3 times in a minute then ban them when they miss interpret your 3 second flash at the top of the screen.

Nah your just being obtuse on purpose. You have been told several times now that its not only creating a free kit sqd but running one thats the problem.

Lets say I make an duplicate CAS sqd, ppl join, and I then leave. When the players in the duplicate sqd then steals the assets from the correct cas sqd, its not their fault because the original creator of the sqd left.

I watched you sqd for at least 30 min before i made the first warning. You had plenty of time to resign it. You yourself admit that

To add to this the squad I was in wasn't doing anything anyway none of them had mics and they were all happy doing what they were. It isnt my responsibly to train, guide and hold hands with noobs with no mics and wont listen to their SL

I have never said it was you job to train or hold hands with noobs. But what I have told you many times, which you continue to ignore, is that it is your responsibility to either lead the sqd, or disband it. By continuing to run a free kit sqd without doing anything about it, you broke the rules. You had the power to disband the sqd. You alone. Not you so called Noobs in the sqd could do that. By not doing that you broke the rules.

I really dont get why this is so hard to understand for you. But what is clear that you have no intention of following our rules. You still claim you did nothing wrong, and in that statement you tell HOG that you are not interested in following our rules. So what other option other than banning you do we have left?

So you basically just admitted its not my fault as I did not CREATE THE SQUAD.
