DogACTUAL ban appeal

Okay, if you wanted to you could dig up dirt on anyone, probably even yourself if you play on other servers.
All these logs span over a timeframe of over 3 months which is a lot considering i am on atleast every other day, many times even everyday.
Of course there is going to be conflict between me and other players sometimes.

This is most likely on kashan when we took the bmps as cas when there was no apc squad.
Then those AIC characters (who kick people from their apc squad while in apc for not voting the same map, true story) joined and created apc squad and demanded them back immediately while we were in engagements on kashan, still we drove back and still got warned while almost at main.

If this wasn't this exact instance since i have no perfect timeline available that i can check, than it was most likely a similiar situation like this where there was no transport or apc squad or whatever and i took the asset and had to return it later.
As i said i know better than to do bold rulebreaking on HOG like stealing assets from existing asset squads.

I talked over allchat to someone on the other team, warning is okay if you think it is too much i will stop right away, but using it to proof that i am int trying to cause trouble really?! You warn everyone for allchat as soon as they type one sentence.

As for the last few logs which accuse me of tk and shooting in main, where is the tk message that shows that i actually tk someone? As i said even if i tk it was probably because someone started it, this carlos guy is known for starting bullshit and false reports.
Shooting in main i have to admit i might have done it, sometimes i just shoot at the wall or sth if there is nothing to do, but i normally pay attention to not do it on your server since i know you guys hate it so much but whatever.

Finest's accusation attemted tk?! Everyone could claim that no way of disproving that!
Maybe i shot next to him or sth and he got angry, either way i do not recall that instance but apparently no harm was done anyway.

So all there is is a bunch of reports taken out of context, many of which might be false reports by salty people, given who made them, one warning for allchat, one warning for stealing assets from a non existing squad, and one warning for tk as a respone for a report.

Since it shows the double standard. I had a good cas run in the MIG 29, but when i rearmed this guy walked up to me with a lat and shot me point blank!
I do multiple normal reports together with my squadmate, no reaction for 5 minutes and the guy is still doing his thing. Mortar squad tells me he caused trouble to them too, blocked the mortars and wasted them and had no mic.
Finally i have no patience and write the above in allchat to get the admins attention which proves that you cherry picked at least this log since you didn't include all the previous reports.
What does the offender get? Just a tempban for int destroying an important asset and that guy was a troll if i ever saw one, unlike me! But i get permabanned for some loose reports, warnings and hearsay here and there over a span of over 3 months and most of them might be false or inaccurate reports take out of context.
Everyone can claim stuff and make false reports, where is the hard evidence? And even if it where true does it really warant a permban?

dogACTUAL is trolling and team killing on the server can't do anything atm can some one give him a nice warning

The only legit thing is me shooting in main and taking assets while there was no squad to claim them.

Sorry if you think this post might not be respectful enough to you, i was as respectful as possible in all the other posts, but you are condescending to me and treat me like i am some kind of professional troll when i am just a guy who likes to play on your server and sometimes like every other player gets in a little trouble with fellow players, which will just happen in any multiplayer game!

Please consider lifting the ban, whatever i did wrong, and yes i acknowledge i did some things wrong, i will avoid from now on if you give me the chance.
