Ban Appeal

We were not camping their DOD. We were not just sitting there waiting for them to come out as you imply. The Airfield was being capped when all this went down. We moved to the position to engage the APC that engaged the APC your ADMIN was in and gunning. I do not believe we went any farther than the APC your ADMIN was gunning. I'm done arguing the same points as it seem you are apt to allow double standards. I'm nicely asking you to unban us. I'm humbly asking you to post the battle recorder. I'm being as respectful as I know how to while presenting the facts of what I experienced in game. If we broke your rules, we apologize. Lesson learned and we will take extra care not to have anything like this happen again.

I would also ask you to bring in another lead admin to this thread and review the battle recorder.

If he can shoot you, you can shoot him. Why do you have to go towards the main? The enemy engaged from dod, destroyed one of OUR apcs with your admin inside, then dropped behind a small hill and went and shot him. As for quoting rules: Do not build assets inside the Dome of Death surrounding mainbases, all constructed assets need to be on the battlefield. We did not know this until we killed the apc on the edge of dod that they were building a super fob with a tow inside their dod. Were these "rule breakers" also banned. Again all im asking is for us to be unbanned because this situation was a problem for both parties, those being our apcs and theirs. Talking admin to admin i see how on your end it looked like a baserape, i use prism too, but you banned players without consulting another admin and there was one present in our situation in the apc that went down first! He has also spoken on our case stating "I was in the squad but died in the bmp3 shortly after. nobody shot passed the hill or into DOD. the were banned while in their own main also. i had switched to the other team before they were banned." and "Jevski, you are engaging a tank, kill it. then as you retreat an apc engages. you engage him, and a 2nd apc engages you. they weren't trying to break any rules. they didn't do it intentionally. they were trying to get out as the bmp i was in went down and they had no back up. nobody is trying to spin a tale. shit gets crazy in battle, they shot at a tow and retreated. they didn't stay there to engage and destroy every asset, they covered their ass as they retreated....". Please find it in your heart the great Jevski to unban us

I honestly didn't realize we were even that close to DOD at the time.
