Hello, I was banned a couple of months ago, and have taken a break from PR. I am coming back to the community for a fresh
start and would like to hop back into my favorite server!
I do apologize for past problems which led me to my ban. Looking for a fresh start hope you can understand.\

Am I not able to appeal this? I know it says perm but just want to make sure.
