Gunny ban appeal.

Hello, So myself, bulls and pacd were flying cas against one of your admins geo, We killed the mig on khami and were in air combat with the frogfoot, We were constantly dogfighting and chasing the frogfoot so when we killed the frogfoot we were perm banned all 3 of the jets for baserape. Even know we were in a dogfight and constantly on him so he cannot land and call baserape as we did not break contact.

After this i joined the HOG Teamspeak to ask him why he banned us and he explained that it was baserape then perm banned me from the teamspeak. I am not here to cause issues or create drama but the ban was not legit. He got angry that we killed him and he tried to cover up the bans to say that he was landing. When in cas combat if were constantly on you and chasing you, If you land your fair game.

EDIT : I would like to add even if it was baserape which it wasn't i was the gunner of the f15.

In real life fights when pilots are out of ammo they ask opponent nicely over emergency frequency to let them rearm.

We started the dogfight well away from enemy main. He tried to run, but until he's safe on ground hes fair game. That's how dogfights work. And frogfoot wasn't even on a landing run he was going across the main. (he was moving south to north -- runway goes e-w w-e) Mind you I got killed many times on hog while actually trying to land and escape the dogfight.

2nd point - Gunny wasn't even piloting, so even in case of baserape (which it wasn't) it was an unjustified action taken out of sheer rage. Either way, Geo should respond on this.
