Gunny ban appeal.

I wasn't the one who got banned I'm just a witness. So, lemme get this straight. Someone starts chasing a jet and jet flies over his main. What am I supposed to do, turn around and let him get on my ass and kill me? Is that how the rule works? Please dude, think logically.

Re-read your rule. It says "Do not attack or chase and attack enemy aircraft that are over their own main base"

This rule APPLYS ONLY when they start to chase them over main. WICH THEY DID NOT DO. They started to chase him from far away. So if GEO wants to be coward and run back to main and then act like 4 year old. CONGTRATS TO YOU AND YOUR WHOLE COMMUNITY FOR DEFENDING THIS KIND OF BEHAVING.

I was the Mig29 pilot, here is my POV.

We did not have enough pilots (only 2, me and geo), so we waited.
Geo wanted to take off and circle the main while waiting, i did the same after he took off.
I got locked first, i was over the main and following geo when it happened, it was close to 1k altitude.
I was not even scanning for other jets and looking around because i never anticipated any hostile jets over our main.
I got locked and flared but the missiles destroyed my Mig29 immediately.
Geo told me later after that he tried to land but got shot down over main flying low.

As for saying that it was a dogfight, i never knew that i was in one since i got shot down immediately.
I could never see the hostile jet nor did i know it was even there until it shot the missile.

However, we were flying pretty high over main, at around 1k altitude, so it is understandable that the attacking jets might have not known that they were over our main. We should probably also have waited on the ground for other pilots, but as i said we thought we were safe flying over main.
The attacking jets just had no business above our main, their argument only works if they actually encountered us at another part of the map and followed us to the main which they did not do.

This seems to be one of those disputes where nobody is totally right or wrong since every side had a different perspective of the events and probably thought they were acting reasonable.

I say get the BR files and show what exactly happened in a video.
