Banned based on accusations and insufficient info

Hi I am Potato, have been playing since 2009. I have been banned from HOG during the last few days maybe, for I dont know what, but i assume its because of the scandal with ban.13. I understand that he got banned for having cheesy names that make him look like a cheater or smt. In reality he is my friend and an idiot troll. Ive warned him before for being an idiot and using silly names, yet it doesnt make him a cheater or hacker,however he listenned to me when it was already too late . Now i saw some kind of post where me and ban13 were being discussed- that we are brothers and some personal info like mine and his IP were discussed in a public thread, which i do not appreciate? First of all, im not his brother- that is misinformation.
Second,the fact that the IP adresses were checked and found out that there were 2 different IP-s, which means that there´s probably 2 different people. So far, I think i got banned because my name popped up in some random ip adress list/ingame console or that kind, therefore some admin thought that my name is another alias of Ban13, but its not. Therefore im asking kindly if we could clear this mess and unban me, because i feel like im virtually raped( same thing happened on NWA, got unbanned).

I also ask you to forgive my silly friend for doing stupid shit. Should ou forgive him and if he ever does something stupid ill report him to you yourself .
Wish the Hog group the best and less triggerfinger on that ban button
