Ban Appeal

My in game name is karatepenguins. I was banned for TK, I killed one guy who was asset stealing and dicking around on the ship. I havent ever TKd intentionally before on here and was banned instantly even though the admin online knew this guy was ruining copters and stuff. Is there anything i can do?

this was about 10 minutes ago or so, if you need that for anything? I know TK is against the rules, and i really do apologise. i was pissed at this guy for almost killing me and almost destroying a chopper and stealing assets. I know its against the rules to TK and i do apologise, I dont plan on nor will i let it happen again, Ill simply report and leave it at that. Thanks for looking over my appeal <3

Im not saying what i did was right at all, Im merely asking for another chance. I really do enjoy playing on your server and your banning system is very good for keeping trollers and not serious players out of your server. I would like a chance to redeem myself from the mistake i made

You shot me out of the pilot's seat of a Huey on the carrier on the map Muttrah... I am an admin and was a regular pilot, not asshatting or destroying assets.. I suggest you come here and tell the truth next time-- it would make this process faster. The incident is on video and in the server logs.. Do you think we are completely daft to the point you can fabricate a woe-is-me story. ? We've been running this server for 10 years and have seen it all - just own it man, own it, apologize and we move forward.

It's clear from your multiple apology posts that you have remorse and wish to be unbanned.. with your assurance this behavior stops now - your ban will be lifted.

As you noted our system is to filter out the players who ruin it for everyone else- Don't be one of those players moving forward.

Oh geez. Well, since it was you I shot, that means I shot the wrong guy. I was in a helicopter a minute or so before with a guy and he rolled it over and kept getting told he was stealing assets. I got out and walked across the carrier a little ways and when I saw you land by me I assumed you were him, following me. I didn't know you were one of the pilots actually doing their job. I am super sorry for this whole thing, especially the case of mistaken identity. Thank you for understanding and I will be a productive addition to the community from here on out.
