Marsupicide's ban appeal

I believe I may have overstepped my boundaries by stating "I don't like white people". This was meant to be satirical, and I apologize if any player was offended. I really do enjoy playing on your server, so if there is any possibility of considering lifting my ban I would be grateful.

If we let you in for satirical, where do we draw the line?

Not only did you push buttons, but you pushed the one button this server does not stand for. We never allow this kind of behavior on our server.

Why we should let you play here if that's the kind of pranks you plan on pulling?

You're right, persecution or discrimination against others is wrong. It should be dealt with pragmatically, regardless of context. But what is different about this situation is that it was NOT done belittle others. It was said to be funny from it's absurdity and it's hypocrisy. I won't be ignorant and say I didn't push buttons, because I did. But that's part of how my sense of humor works, and I operated under the assumption that people knew that I was not targeting them individually with the intention to hurt. I will not make this mistake again.

And why should you guys let me play here? Because I'm genuinely a nice guy, and this is the only time I broke your rules and I did so unintentionally. I love to squad lead, and if you ask anyone who has been in my squads they'll tell you that I'm a sarcastic ass, not an ignorant/racist one.

I respect how you guys deal with trolls and buttmunches on your server, it cleans up the game and makes it an enjoyable experience for everyone. I know it did for me. But the error I made was not done to hurt others, to break your rules, or to taunt/aggravate. It is simply a matter of how subjective humor is. And I'm not very good at being funny.

There are a lot of people who don't understand that kind of humor or will try to use your lead to do more of the same.

It's not polite. It's rude to those who don't get it and we don't appreciate it here.

We know who you are and will not be granting you another free pass again.
