Banned

Aight so I was playing in the server and I wasn't in a squad or anything, I was just playing shooting, hanging out with other players etc. All of a sudden I get kicked, I get back in the server and I get kicked again. So I told myself I'll give them time and I'll join again, when I went back to the server I was banned for "team killing" and I wasn't even killing my teammates, may I know why I got banned? can you you guys please let me back in the server?
