I've been unbanned for a while, but was banned again tonight from what I assume is an admin enforcing the fact that I've never been officially unbanned. We've removed =HOG= members bans from FCV for a while now, and honestly I'm hoping we can move past the issues we've had previously. It's been a long time, I think both sides have changed a lot, as has the community. I'd like to officially end this rivalry if possible.

If not that's fine, but I'd like to simply make the offer.

It was a while ago, and was during the fallout between our two communities. Nothing more than insults and disparagement against our administrators, in response to our insults and disparagement against your administrators. Honestly just a spiral of negativity that I'm hoping we can break out of.

Please keep in mind, and this is very important... I don't control the =DRK= tag (or users who wear it) at all. In fact we've often found that users specifically wear the =DRK= tag to troll, just to tarnish our reputation, even though they're not affiliated with our community what-so-ever. For instance TZ all have accounts with =DRK= tags that they use for trolling, and none of those members are a part of our community.

=DRK= isn't an organization like =HOG= its only the tags that look similar. The =DRK= tag is simply a marketing device that we encourage random users to use in order to promote our websites and servers. The vast majority of our ACTUAL members don't wear =DRK= tags. Our core list of staff is actually very secretive and unlisted.

You have to understand that at our level of notoriety, if we were to publicly disclose which people are actually core members of our organization... people would constantly be harassing them to "get in" or trying to pretend that they're one of us. So that's why our public tag is something we just let anyone wear, so they don't become obsessed with trying to break into our inner circle. This is why we don't police the tag... however we also don't control or manage the vast majority of users who wear it.

This is why I can't do anything when you complain about =DRK= "users." They're just fanboys, or trolls. However they don't answer to me, and I don't have any leverage on them. HOWEVER the few times our core community members HAVE misbehaved, for instance this idiot, I don't tolerate their behavior.

However for you, it's probably very difficult for you to know who actually works for me unless they actively tell you. You have to know I actually have a very talented and mature core group of members who work for me, but they aren't disclosed. This is one of the reasons we're able to Greenlight games like this that we develop, and why we're able to run such a stable server network.

However I'm the only one who wears =DRK= tags, and that's just because I'm the face of the company. =DRK= isn't our member base, its our customer base. I hope that makes sense. Those people are customers of ours, not staff. It's like when you take a picture with the McDonald's clown... it doesn't mean you actually work at McDonald's.
