Banishment over a misunderstood

Hi, just got banned (temp?) over some mishap we had at Vietnam map, I had an engineer kit and was at the repair station waiting for the logi to spawn, and started walking around, and without thinking got contact marker and set a non existant mine marker around base, and then, got kicked without even having the chance to explain myself..

Anyways, I got back, and then Jevski entered in my squad to talk about what happened, i explained to him that was just the marker (Jevski even tested himself once to mark it without planting it), and I'd ask commander (jazzjackrabbit) to remove it. Jevski left the squad, and I politely asked jazzjackrabbit to remove the mine marker to not cause trouble at mainbase anymore, and he was like F* off, he didnt even believe i spoke to jevski minutes ago.

So this is what got me banned for: Since jazzjackrabbit wasnt cooperating to remove the mine markers, i got my engineer kit back and set the mine marker away from base, to prevent any more trouble, but instead, there were 3 more mine markers like 200m close from our base, last message i saw before I got the tempban was "you still planting it", but in fact i was trying to get rid of the damn markers myself, because commander rejected to remove it himself...

Anyway, sorry for the trouble, i just think it was a misunderstood caused by my bad thinking of getting contact marker with the mine in my hand...well, thats how it started after all, but I just didn't plant any mines, the trouble was caused because of the first mine marker in the 5 minutes of the game, and that's the only thing I apologize for...

If you check the logs, you'll see that I even asked Jevski himself to ask jazzjackrabbit to remove the markers, because on the SL's radio, the commander said he was not going to remove the mine marker at base, which would have prevent all this trouble...

First of all why would u even place a mine mark, its not something you do by "accident. You have to lie down, take out mine, press q, then left mouse button, explain to me how you did that by accident?

Secondly, you then proceeded to place 4-5 more mine markers around main. Duh...Didnt u learn nothing at all?

And since you said u could not remove the markers, why the fuck would you place more? Preventing trouble? How is continuing trolling EVER preventing trouble

Yeah, I just realized that was a bad idea, and i'm sorry for it, but I saw no options, since jackjazzrabbit didnt propose to help the situation.

I did mark it because we can only mark 3 mines on the map, as soon as you mark the fourth one, the first one disappears and so...thats why i was marking it farther away from our mainbase, to make it farther (my plan was to mark it like 1km away from main) and try to cause less trouble..I assumed when i got kicked, I joined as a "new player" and my mine markers were reseted to 0...that's why you saw 4 mine markers, because its impossible for an inf guy mark more than 3 mines...

No, wait..you don't get it! I was standing and had the mine, I didn't plant any mine. It was just marked on map, but wasnt there physically. Don't know what was I thinking, I was on the way to tell the commander (he was beside me, waiting the logi as well) to delete the marker when i was suddenly kicked for the first time.
