Alright well it appears you have no intentions of fixing this, Nor do i have any way of defending my position because it's your word against mine, and they're always going to take your word over mine of course. That being said, you haven't actually cited any information to prove anything of what you stated, so it's basically guilty until proven innocent in my case. Very Professional.
