FAJ Bamyan Ban

Banned about an hour ago from your server. Received multiple warning for "free kit squad". Posted in all chat asking what the warnings were about and did not receive a response from either of the two admins in game. I was leading a squad on USMC and was not breaking any rules.

Tried talking to your admins on TS and told me to make a ban appeal.

I shouldn't have to go the trouble of making an account on your website to appeal a meaningless ban yet hear I am.

Actually you do have to do the trouble it seems, and while you are at it, read the server rules.

You ran a free kit sqd. I warned you. Only Tim2 was with you, the rest of your 8 man sqd was spread out over 3-4 diffrent grids on a 4km map. You then died and spawned in main waiting for a car, instead of spawning at the fob near you sqd members.
While waiting, you sqd members did nothing to rally up, you then got a car and drove off with Tim again. Did you go get your squad members now that you had a car? Nope they still ran off in different directions, dying like flies with no cohesion or medic near them.
And you, you did what you had been doing all along, your own thing. Your sqd had something like a k/d rate of 2-15, it had no cohesion, and no1 was doing any teamwork and that is a free kit sqd.

I get that the sqd can get spread out sometimes, but you had every opportunity to get back cohesion and lead your sqd. I gave you time after first warning, I gave you time after you died and got transport to pick up your sqd. You did neither.

You can see from the logs that he repeatedly asked you what the warnings were for, since the 'free kit' accusation didn't seem reasonable with the degree of communication that he and most of the members of his squad were engaging in.

The members of his squad were co-ordinating locating and targeting Taliban assets and squads, with the humvee as their primary means of attack. To that end, when you banned him, his squad was engaged with Taliban anti-air using their sniper as a spotter, and Tim2 as a gunner. Those that weren't directly involved with this were being told to assist & stay close to other squads while going for objectives.

Honestly, I was sitting nearby on my laptop checking the server rules on your website while you were warning him, and while "lol no" might not convey any seriousness, we were both genuinely confused by your warnings, and, especially by the silence in response to questions as to what you meant by them.

You, specifically, ignored 5 attempts to engage with you, from serious to openly confused ("lol no"), to understand the situation.

If that was the case why didnt he say so. All I got was What? and lol, when it was clear he understood the warning.

The warning in itself explains it. It says Get Cohesion or disband. In most cases having 6 guys run around alone with no support of a sqd is a waste of a sqd slot and server space since they just cost the team tons of tickets, as your sqd had something like 2-15 or so.

A cohesive sqd will have more firepower and the possibility of revives from medics.
