Ban Appeal

I was playing on a map called Bijar Canyons a few days ago. And I got banned for shooting down jets close to enemy main. I was riding an AA at the capping zone of the flag called Bridge and waiting for the Blackhawks to pass by. And then i saw two jets flying over my head. I didn't know where they were flying at so I shot them down. It wasn't intentional. I won't do that again. Please give me a chance. Gamertag: Taipei101

I was the banning admin, and i will have to think about this one. Partly because you are not a newer player and you have been playing for quite some time especially on our server. I was getting locked right at the end of the north part of our runway. I at first thought it was an enemy jet and was very confused because im flying right over our main at the same time someone was taking off in the same area. You could have killed the pilot taking off for all we know. But you killed me, after a long while of me just staying over my main, i even attempted to land and was getting locked still. And you were not near enough to the flag cap at all. Never known an AA that is capping bridges to be able to shoot at our runway. As far as I am concerned the ban can stay for a while longer.

And btw, you say flying over your head, but you were capping bridges. We were at the northern part of our runway. So to me which is it? Very intentional in my book.

Actually, I was stopping it around the delta/ echo nine section. I don't know if that's too close to the main or not. I cannot see the airport due to the mountains on the other side of the ridge. But I can see two jets (including yours?) heading east. No problem, I'll accept the consequences of my action. I just hope it's not perma banned.

Well regardless I was getting locked and shot out over the runway. Reply in this thread a week from now and I will approve the unban. But just be understanding that when you are near a main like that especially in an AA.
