Ban appeal

Hi, today I was gaming on HOG where I got banned for using APC without the second crewman(and i was in the APC squad). I tried to find another crewman in the city, using local and text chat, but after 2 warnings i was kicked and banned.
I am very sorry for what I did, and I hope you can help me with my unban.

So you were soloing the apc from the carrier, got warned, and you returned to the carrier.

10 min later you do the same thing again. Im even nice enough to warn you AGAIN, but this time you just continue, and end up banned.

Im sorry but really? Im interested in hearing you excuse in this.

I thought that i will have a better chances to find another crewman in the city, and i didn't think that it's so restricted to operate APC in solo. Now i've read the rules, it will not happen again.
I am very sorry for my actions.

I would have bought this excuse if it wasnt the second time you did it within 10 min.

Explain to my why you think its ok, to solo the asset, when you have been warning 10 min earlier not to do it. You really cant claim ignorance here, since you have already been warned for the exact same thing.

I didn't notice the warnings for the first time, i saw only two warnings and then i was kicked.

Then why did you react to them? When you were warned the first time you turned around.

And since you saw the warnings the 2nd time why didnt you turn around like you did the first time?

You're only digging a deeper hole here.
