c'mon fear thats unfair and youre going on what was said by desemo not what actually happened.

i want to set the story straight please

ok, druid here's the whole story I am not defending myself just setting facts straight from my perspective...

I think maybe there is some animosity between me and yourself because if I'm not mistaken you went commander half way into match and we shared some words on how the round should be played... I also reported you for not playing as part of the team as I asked you to delete a fob to make room for a new one that would've outflanked the obj and the fob I was going to make was no more than 600m away from obj (which on bayman is close)

i had a squad and we built two hideouts in a4 and a5 right next to the objective. The team wasn't responding to request for support to attack obj. that's fine it happens but then I go and try to set up a flank fob south in B6 because they had a super fob taking out my sq in the a5 fob. I think it was you or someone else who has the u|Fear tag at the beginning of their name went commander as our team had six fobs i asked commander to delete the a4 fob (which I made) so I could set up my flanking fob the commander then stated wtf is my sq doing that I was far from obj etc. I lashed back with i was the only one on the team making fobs to attack said obj. so needless to say if it was you or whoever commander was we weren't getting along.

that sets the base of the issue, when I respawned in a5 to delete my own fob since commander wouldn't so I could set up flanking fob I was unable to get back to b6 so at that point I gave up any strategy for the game and I told my sq to spawn on other sqs fobs and attack with them that way at least maybe we'd have a chance of surviving...from right now I'm only trying to win the game our tickets were at around 250 at this point and we'd only capped one flag the whole round.

so my sq rushed the flag twice in civi cars and made it into the compound and were capping we had destroyed the enemy fob within and I was killed by the enemy but my sq was still inside capping. someone came over the net and asked if we were capping and I said yes rush inside for backup. our team was closing in around enemy obj on foot but were still at least 200m away.

I respawned back at closest fob where an aa truck was sitting and as I spawned in the driver and AA gunner were both killed by an ENEMY AR gunner 100m away and this ar gunner then was shooting engine block of aa truck so I ran to it which was only 30m from fob I spawned at and drove it away toward the flag to regroup with my sq and cap the flag.

i then was passing by a building on the way to the flag and desemo ran out from the building right in front of my truck I was driving at full speed and had no room room maneuver out of the way but I hit him and he died.... it happens it was an accident and not on purpose I have no reason to tk when this whole round I was working to win the game and were low on tickets.... we almost had flag capped and if we capped enemy would lose 30 tickets. I said in comma rose SORRY then I parked aa truck in front of obj got on the gun and destroyed enemy trans truck and a few enemy rushing back to the obj from the open.... I took fire and got into the driver seat and drove the truck into the compound.

As I was driving into the compound I noticed the fire I was taking was from a friendly who was next to the truck and firing at driver seat where I was sitting in (I assume this was desemo). I then drove inside the compound and hid it safely behind Hesco wall within the compound to keep it from enemy fire. it was at this point that I noticed desemo report me for tking him and then like a second later I was banned. I even hear my sq mates complaining saying, "wtf is he banned for thats bullshit" if you need to get someone else's viewpoint I know who all was in my sq and I can ask them to share their story...

Lol. You think this is about animosity between you and I. Let me set you real straight real fast. I as commander said I was not going to delete those fobs because people were spawning on them to attack the objective. And if we deleted them I knew we would be flanked. I have quite a bit of experience with commanding. You then said you were going to delete them yourself. Which I told you not to. But you did that anyways. That is the first thing you did to actually hinder team play on our server. I could have probably got rid of you then and there for being an asshat. Like why would any good commander delete the attack fob or the back up fob on attacking an objective. There were already 4 placed 1 for mortars and 3 for the other objective. The fob you were going to place was right by an enemy fob. Less than 150meters. It would have been over ran and we would have now had 2 less fobs to attack with. Now that we got that out of the way let me clarify it wasn't just the guy you had beef with reporting you. You got reported by a really trust worthy member of this community. Who actually has a pretty good record for making the right reports.

Now that this is settled I appreciate the effort you went through for this ban appeal. But your ban will stay for a little while.
