Jesus christ, what a shitty community. If there was any audio in any of those vids, the people I was chasing around with my squadmates were all laughing. Everybody was sitting in main because the round was already fucked, so we were just having fun beyond that point. You also say "it's not the end of the round because the jets had just spawned" however, our team was 30-170 as I have now stated three separate times, and our base was being camped by two FOBs to the north and west of the runway that were easily in range of AA emplacements. Air power would not have made a difference and I had no idea that jets spooled up that fast so that's why I crashed the first one. I've played about two thousand hours of DCS and this game has a twelve year old flight model, so I obviously wasn't expecting what happened. Additionally, as you've avoided discussing, Walter shot me three times with his pistol before I even got in the jet, and when I got in the Su-25T at the end, I was successfully taking off even after two of you sat in front of the jet, and then I got kicked. I wasn't intentionally trolling by any means with the jets, but the fist fight was definitely intentional but in no way would I define that as trolling. On another note, if you people are seriously that unwilling to even warn a new player before you perma ban them from a game that is already dying, I don't see how you expect your community to survive. On another note, I've read all of the very limited and seemingly lacking HOG rules, however none of them state I'm not able to fly jets without being in the CAS squad. The only slight mention of this is "CAS Jet/CAS Huey/Cobra etc squads are to be claimed by one squad with a minimum of 6 players" which doesn't at all establish that any player that's not in the CAS squad should be permanently banned.

Sir, once again Walter shot you because you were stealing his asset. You were not in CAS and have no right to use the airplane, regardless of the round situation. People were waiting 20 minutes for the plane and you ruined their fun. You also were in the trans chopper firing the side guns at friendlies in base. I have video of this also but refrained from posting. Also, two people sat in front of your jet in hopes to stop you from stealing the plane. They were talking to you on voice but you ignored all communication.

From HOG Rules:

1) All heavy assets are squad-specific. The first correctly named squad gets the asset.

2) Don’t waste assets, they cost tickets to your team and someone else might use them for something better. Crashing helicopters/jets because you lack the proper experience to handle them can be considered asset wasting.

Didn't see that when I looked through it before playing the server. Plus, I wasn't intentionally wasting assets as I've mentioned several times now. I only crashed one Mig-29 because I was unaware that it could spool up and accelerate to 100km/h within the course of thirty seconds. Also, nothing labeled the Mig as "Walter's asset". Sure, it could have been your squads asset, which I didnt see any of until I was shot at. No warnings, wasn't even in the jet yet, didn't even have the pilot kit, and he never communicated in local once. I'm new to the game and sure, I "trolled" but by any normal standards, being base-locked by tanks and only having 3 jets to get out of there, it's completely acceptable to do what everyone else does and try to enjoy it. I thought it would be interesting to see if I could take out the AA for our Mi-8. Then, of course, I get chewed out because apparently I'm not allowed to use those jets as I'm about to get out of the Su-25, and then I immediately get banned, without any warnings. I apologize for what I've done, but I'm content that being permanently banned from a server with absolutely no warnings after filing a proper appeal is absolutely bullshit. I'm not the first one to bitch about this either.
