Teamkill Ban Appeal...

Okay, so I'm appealing this Teamkill ban. Here goes the story.
We were playing on Kashan Desert, and my entire squad was moving into Northern Bunkers from the Eastern Entrance. We had a Friendly fob behind the hill to our East along with an MG nest, TOW, and Anti Air. The friendly MG gunner with the username "Lucifer", opened fire on 2 of my squad mates, making one "dead dead" and killing the other but he was revivable. We got pissed off at the machine gunner and he apologized. Our squad medic moved in to revive, and enter the northeast bunker from the top, and the friendly MG opened up on him too, but he only wounded him and did not kill him. Finally, a minute or two went by, and again after yelling at the MG gunner in chat, I moved up to flank what was left of the enemies in the Northwest bunker when i got mowed down and immediately killed by the Friendly MG. Our squad was regrouping at the same entrance, so I was advised by a squad mate that I should take out that friendly MG to prevent him from killing almost our entire squad yet again, as he was in trans squad and just being a complete idiot. So, when I re spawned, I shot him with the marksman kit, and told him to check his damn map. I made sure our squad medic was nearby so he could revive him right after. This was just to teach a lesson for us all dying because of his stupidity. He did not get banned, yet I did. As i stated, this guy was not obeying any orders. He got on the MG without permission, because he joined TRANS squad so he could just run around and do whatever he wanted.

The thing is, we had a HOG member as a squad leader. He knew what was going on but didnt do anything about it. Just told us to respawn at the fob and come back. He was preoccupied with coordinating an attack with another squad. Thats why one of my squadmates and myself that got gunned down decided it was best to get someone more competent on the MG and get rid of this idiot, which is what happened afterwards but right before I got kicked.
I know I probably should have contacted other admins about it but I didnt..just wasnt thinking about that..

I can't remember his username but I remember he had a southern US accent. He was a good squad lead but when I became the 4th casualty, he acknowledged my death when he saw the TK message, but as I said earlier, he didn't do anything about it. Just told me to respawn and get back quickly
