Diegogorak Ban appeal

Name: Diegogorak
Reason for Ban: Unkown. I was on a squad with =HOG= Ruiz321 (Not sure what the numbers are) I knew him for a while ago. I was running to the squad and I pass a death body of a friendly I wasn't aware of who he was or what. I pickup his kit and ends up being an MG kit. I tell the squad on radio I found it. When I arrive to the objective I randomly get kicked for no reason. I reconnect and join again and once more I get kicked but this time I received a permanent ban. I then connect on teamspeak to see what was going on and I poke Ruiz "You motherfucker" (I thought we were mates since I'm pretty sure he is a spanish speaker like me and we got along fine a while back. Hadn't found him in game since then.) After that I receive a ban in teamspeak as well.

Lets get something straight I don't know you, and we sure aren't mates.

I kicked you because you took the kit I was carrying, while Farley was reviving me while still wounded I told you not to take it, you still did, didn't stop, didn't come back when I ask you. So I was the only dead marine in south city, you were next to Farley...and next to me, in my squad, I was talking on local guiding Farley towards me from the House of pain alley, but I was a dead random guy? Bullshit.

What was your reply after I got the revive and again asked you to bring the kit? I should go to you? Nope I kick you for stealing the kit that I was playing with.

You rejoin the server and had the nerve to join squad I was playing again, don't apologize tells me to go fuck myself when I called you on your piece of shit move, poked me in TS calling me a motherfucker, the ban will stay.

I have to say I was ahead of Farley so I didn't hear you calling at all. When you asked for your kit back I was already with the rest of the squad capping the flag we needed to attempt to win. When you said give me the kit back I told you yes bring me the rifleman then. After that I was kicked. Then the rest you are not far off.

Other than that i did think we were "mates" or something close to it like i said ive played with you long ago for a while and we got along pretty well but im really sorry for misunderstanding what you meant. Nothing else to say have a nice night.
