-Dmitri_'s ban appeal

I've gotten banned from your server, my username is " -Dmitri_ ".
What has happened is, I have found a barn with a second floor, on that second floor I've found a dead team mate with a sniper rifle, which I decided to utilize. After he came back to retrieve his kit, he started shouting and being aggressive that I "STOLE" his kit, which I did not. I'm a good guy so I give it back to him and take an MG kit off the ground, little did I know that he kept complaining and I simply told him "at least say thank you asshole", and he begins calling me a 'faggot' 'stupid idiot'. So I simply shot him down. There is no reason for him to begin being verbally aggressive to me.

Because he was a prWars clanmate, he probably asked his friend to ban me, because no reports were filed (he was in my squad and there was no !r, and admin didn't even bother to check if it was an accident or no. So that's a bit fishy.

Anyways, I don't think I deserved to be banned, as my team kill was simply a way for me to get rid of his aggression.

Now there was no admin there on that building, there was only a prWars member and that's it.
I have given him the kit, and only killed him for insulting me without any reason at all. It was not a team kill for a kit, but uniquely to make him stop.

Okay, first of all, I'd like that clear my previous bans:
1) saying the 'n' word in a situation where everyone took it as a joke apart from the admin that overheard it in local, now yes, it was inappropriate, but no harm was meant to be done.
2) having a misunderstanding with the squad leader who turned out to be an admin, and instead of kicking me from the squad I believe I got banned.
3) firing a LAW at what I thought was an enemy vehicle, and it turned out to be a friendly HMV (I have already cleared this out with you on another ban appeal)

And about today:
I found a sniper kit on a dead body (there was no one around me), and I decided to use it. The guy who lost the kit came back, being extremely rude and aggressive that I 'stole' it. I gave it back and he kept on being aggressive so I killed him. I didn't even go back for that kit as I had a machine gun kit. The guy who reported me and the guy who banned me weren't even at the barn in the first place, and I don't know where did he come up with "killing for a kit" where I gave it back in the first place.

I have told the truth, yes I cannot prove it, but it's up to you to believe what to believe.
