Ban Appeal

Not sure if this is correct page to do this on. I got a kick/ban from JEVSKI, I am guessing, on the HOG server under the name tricky1893 for being in the repair station area on Muttrah. I was in the process of destroying a FOB and mortars E4kp9/E4kp8 in the building next to the repair station area and got warned I shouldn't be there and to read the rules. The HOG Rules state the the REPAIR STATION should not be attacked unless it is in MEC hands. As I stated to JEVSKI I was not attacking the REPAIR STATION I was attacking the FOB and mortars. I had no intention of attacking repair station.

You where in F4, not E4, you where next to the building with the little ramp, then when I say back off, you ran even closer, nw, next to the silos.

You kept arguing, and i told u several times to shut it. You didnt.

YEs I was in F4kp7 between the silo's when I was engaged by enemy I was running from. I was attacking the FOB in E4kp9 where the FOB was constructed right next to F4kp7. At this point "kp's" are important in this discussion. I was actually stood between the silos when I was engaged by enemy who had run from the FOB building. Yes I was near the repair station but your rules state "do not attack the repair station". As I stated I did not attack or attempt to attack the repair station. Your rules do not say "stay away from repair station" The FOB being where it was meant I had no choice but being near repair station. I was actually on the roof at one stage engaging the mortars from above.
As for arguing you either weren't listening to what I was explaining or chose not to. I told you where the FOB was, I told you what I was attempting to do, I told you I wasn't attacking the repair station. You find a game clip that shows me attacking the repair station.
I do not cheat. I have never knowingly cheated. You can ask any player that I have played with. I am the first to tell anyone if they are doing something wrong.

So which is it? You were told to back off, you didnt. You say you were not at the repair. You were told to shut it you didnt.

If you had just followed admin instructions.

1. back off.
2. dont argue ingame.
3. dont lie.
4. shut up when told to.

It was a temp ban for continuous arguing.

Where I was stood in the silo's is smack bang between FOB location and repair station. And again, your rules only state not to attack the repair station which I didn't. I even saw a logi come in for a refill and didn't attack that either. If I had then yes I would have been in the wrong.

If you are going to start preaching the game rules stated, or your own rules, then get them right.
