I'm not sure if it was a permaban or if it was just a temp ban - I'm also not aware if I have any previous infrigements on the server, but I'll just make this as a precaution since I don't know where to check.

All that happened is that we were just beginning a round on Iron Ridge and our SL asked that we get a transport truck. We ended up losing the race and were stuck at base, with the exception of one logi still there. I jokingly said that we were "commandeering" the vehicle and I took pot shots at the driver. I didn't have any intention of killing the person but I did.

You did intentionally kill him, was no accident...........was 5m from the truck............he was waiting for his SL........

This is the second time you were temp banned in a short period...........I suggest you read the rules.........

How short of a period are we talking? The vaguest of memories I have about being banned is that I didn't really do anything all that bad, and I haven't played PR in MONTHS. Also, you're just assuming - I was close to him, but it was by pure chance that the single shot strayed through the window of his logi; it's not like I sprayed him down. Again, it was a minor infraction.

I'm not saying I won't take the ban, I just want to know if it was permanent or temporary.
