BAN APEAL would be nice to unban

Hey Guys, i just got banned about 10 minutes ago for the following: i was on faluhja west in a squad called OBSERVATION, sitting on the mosquetower with a sniperkit. i was, as the name of the squad suggests observating the enemy and providing intel for the apc squad and others, on movement of vehicles and so on. to maintain my position and being able to help out my team, i left and rejoined my squad, when i was asked to squadlead by the admin. after that i got banned.
as i was doing a pretty good job providing important information on infantry movement, possible cache locations and anti tank assets, i dont realy understand why i had to be kicked....espacialy after i figuered a new squadleader in my squad out before i left it.
would be much apreaciated if you could unbann me on the hog server as i didnt do much wrong. next time ill even keep squadleading

There is no issue with being a lone sniper providing intel. There is however a problem being a sl with a full sqd, and then the other 7 guys are just running around alone, grapping kits, and dying without a medic close to them.

The warning said get cohesion or disband, do not leave and rejoin. You did excatly that. My apologies that you had found a new SL, but 99% of the times when that warning is issued, is that the Sl leaves and rejoins, within 5 secs of warning, and we still have a free kit sqd. Then the new Sl finds out he is leading, he does the same thing...and on and on we go...leave rejoin..leave rejoin..leave rejoin...

All the while the rest of the sqd runs of alone and dying costing the team tons of tickets.

And it was a tempban.
