Ban appeal

i got banned 1 week ago because i tk one in mainbase when the enemy take off all our fobs and i was trolling with smoke to there and i read the rules again and again and again and i i will stick with them as a solider and promiss not gonna let that happen again i just wanna know the answer if you can make the ban lifted or not
