At 19:52:41 (server time) I got banned by =HOG= Ruiz321 due to intentional TK, which is true, I intentional team-kill him.

The reason for it was not to troll, or ruin everyone's night; I did it because moments earlier, when Ruiz321 was dead and I needed a kit with patches, I traded kits with him to heal myself. During this process he, Ruiz, got revived, leaving my kit in his possession.

It was at this point I, through mumble, request him several times to switch kits in which I got a response from 2 players (IIRC they had the HOG tag) saying that he, Ruiz, was AFK.

It was at that moment I decided that team-killing Ruiz had to be done in order to kill the cache, therefore after one more warning that I was going to kill him I proceeded to retrieve my kit (team-killing him in the process), move to the cache and plant the C4.

Once the C4 is placed and I'm leaving the area, I'm banned by Ruiz.

I feel like this is an unfair ban, as I was contributing to the team, killing fobs and caches (well that was the first by ideally not the last) and through my perspective, the FOB (that my squad was unable to kill) was close enough for the players, that died with my area attack, would spawn and overrun us; therefore increasing the pressure in killing the cache as quickly as possible.

I'm going to take the risk of buying into that story. I was with my Headset off when you tk me.True.Someone said you were squad leading and that may explain why there was no response when I asked what made you tk me point blank.

I saw you do it of course, I had only lowered my game sounds to pick up an important phone call. However, all you said is plausible. Probably the only possible situation a tk is justifiable. I'll ask the senior admins to lift your ban.
